What you'll do​

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the financial services industry, focusing on strategic partnerships

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members to support business growth

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role within the financial services industry

Strong understanding of financial products and services, including Payments and FX

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
