What you'll do​

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

​

Responsibilities:

​

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the financial services industry, focusing on strategic partnerships

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members to support business growth

Qualifications & Skills:

​

  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role within the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including Payments and FX

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:
