The Monetae Academy

What it looks like

Training: Your first 3 months

New recruits kick-off the program with a thorough training plan and a starting salary of £21,000. With the support of a seasoned mentor and access to essential learning resources, the goal is to make meaningful contributions to the company’s success.

Graduation: Months 5 to 8

Upon successful completion of the programme, the salary will be increased to £28,000 plus bonuses. Top performers who consistently achieve or exceed agreed targets will be eligible for promotion to the next available role.

Halfway Point: Months 3 to 4

At the halfway point of the program, your income will be raised to £25,000 if you successfully complete the first training phase and consistently meet your key performance indicators and performance metrics.

Career Progression: After 1 year

Graduates will receive specific targets for revenue and new business, leading to unlimited earning potential. Depending on your performance, there's potential to move into management positions where you can expect to earn over £100,000 annually within 1-2 years.

What you'll do​

At the Monetae Academy, your core responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential leads, capturing important details that will qualify them for the Business Development team. With a high volume of calls expected each day, a resilient attitude and a polished telephone manner are crucial to ensure our business is represented positively at all times.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Conduct highly professional outbound calls to engage key business decision-makers within the UK and overseas

  • Cold calling will be a significant component of your responsibilities, essential for uncovering new opportunities across the UK and Europe

  • Systematically develop and maintain a well-researched database of prospective clients to support business growth

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts

  • Achieve established KPIs and sales targets to drive personal and company success

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in financial markets to enhance your effectiveness

  • Cultivate expertise in risk management solutions to provide valuable insights to clients

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance Directors and Managing Directors from various industries

  • Be strategic and precise in identifying substantial business opportunities

  • Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and awareness of financial market trends

  • Take the initiative to learn and advance your skills toward the next level in your career

  • Identify profit potential with both new and existing clients to maximise revenue streams
