Monetae Referral Programme: Client Referral Terms

This “Monetae Referral Programme Supplement to the General Terms of Service” is a supplement to, and must be read together with, your General Terms of Service. Together, these documents form the “Agreement,” which governs our referral programme (the “Referral Programme”).

By participating in or benefiting from the Referral Programme, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Referral Programme.

1. Description of the Referral Programme

​

1.1. Overview
The Referral Programme is open to anyone who registers and is verified as an Introducer in compliance with AML regulations. As an Introducer, you’ll receive a unique referral URL that you can share with clients you believe qualify for Monetae’s services.

​

1.2. Participation
To participate, you must register as an Introducer, complete verification, and receive approval from Monetae. Once verified, you can distribute your unique referral link to potential clients. These invitees must use your link to begin their application for a Monetae account.

​

1.3. Rewards
Introducers earn a monthly commission based on the revenue generated by their referred clients. Additionally, a bonus is available for successfully referring the first client who meets the specified conditions.

2. Payment Terms

​

2.1. Monthly Revenue Share
Commissions are paid monthly, based on the revenue generated by your referred clients. Payments are calculated as a share of the total transactional volume processed through their Monetae accounts.

​

2.2. First Referral Bonus
In addition to monthly commissions, a bonus of £250 is paid for successfully referring your first client, provided the following conditions are met:

​

  • The client/invitee must register, complete verification, and select a product within one month of registering.

  • The chosen product must exceed £25,000 in funding or involve payments, FX volume, or transactions totalling over £50,000.

​

If these criteria are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will not be awarded.

​

3. Eligibility and Availability

​

3.1. Eligibility
You must be registered and verified as an Introducer with Monetae to participate.

​

3.2. Restrictions
The Referral Programme may not be available in all locations. Participation is unauthorised in jurisdictions where it may violate legal requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

​

You may only use the Referral Programme in good faith and for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include:

​

  • Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself or affiliates.

  • Referring others who create duplicate accounts.

  • Using false or alternative contact details for referrals.

  • Inviting individuals who are current or former Monetae customers.

  • Referring fictitious individuals.

  • Engaging in behaviour that damages Monetae’s brand or reputation.

  • Using the Referral Programme in a fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful manner.

  • Sharing referral links with individuals who haven’t agreed to receive information about Monetae.

  • Posting referral links on websites, social media, or public platforms.

Monetae reserves the right to take action if any prohibited uses are suspected.

​

5. Additional Documentation

​

Monetae may require additional documents, including identification, before issuing Rewards. Failure to provide the requested information may result in forfeiture of Rewards.

6. Data Protection

​

You confirm that you have obtained consent from individuals whose data you provide to Monetae.

​

7. Abuse or Breach of the Referral Programme

​

If Monetae suspects misuse or breach of this Agreement, the following actions may be taken:

​

  • Refusal to issue Rewards.

  • Suspension or termination of your participation in the Referral Programme.

  • Forfeiture of any accumulated Rewards.

​

Monetae has sole discretion in determining abuse, fraud, or rule violations.

​

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Monetae accepts no liability for misuse of the Referral Programme. You are responsible for any breaches of this Agreement or applicable laws.

​

9. Changes to This Agreement

​

Monetae may update this Agreement or Programme Requirements at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued participation in the Referral Programme indicates your acceptance of those changes.

​

10. Changes or Termination of the Referral Programme

​

Monetae reserves the right to:

​

  • Modify, cancel, or restrict the Referral Programme or Rewards without notice.

  • Terminate the Referral Programme at any time.

​

In such cases, Monetae will not be obligated to credit accounts or issue Rewards.
